Ridger Palma was born in 2003 and raised in Missoula, Montana. He found his passion for filmmaking through his love of staying creative and wanting to try to show his creativity to the people around him. Ridger has been editing and making video promotions early in his life, but started his filmmaking career just at the tail end of high school. Along with that Ridger is also on the GCU Digital Film Club leadership team and runs the social media department for the club. With some fellow film workers and friends, Ridger started a production company called, Godtape Productions. The company itself helps produce and get films out to their films our to the public. While in college Ridger has worked on dozens of short films while in college for passion projects, film festivals, and class projects. He is most known for his work on Leaf It Alone (2023) a 48 hour film festival short film; in which he won best Director and Best overall, Sellout (2023), and Tangerine Cigarettes (2023).
